The GA01-3 self-restrained flange adaptor is the highest-performance engineered solution for integrating PVC and polyethylene (PE) pipes into systems with flanged connections. Its advanced double-chamber design separates the sealing and locking functions, guaranteeing optimum performance of both. The first chamber houses an EPDM gasket that provides a watertight seal, while the second contains an MS-58 brass locking ring that anchors firmly to the pipe.
This internal locking system is the key to its value: it completely eliminates the need to build concrete thrust blocks to counteract axial forces, drastically reducing civil works costs and project lead times.
Made of high-quality GGG-50 (EN-GJS-500-7) ductile iron and protected with an epoxy paint coating of at least 250 microns, this adaptor offers exceptional durability and corrosion protection, making it ideal for buried installations and demanding conditions.
