The GA01-1 self-restrained repair clamp is the definitive engineered solution for fast, reliable and permanent pipe repairs without shutting off the water supply. Its body, made of GGG-40 (EN-GJS-400-15) ductile iron, provides outstanding resistance to corrosion and high pressures, guaranteeing a service life longer than that of traditional stainless steel clamps.
The design incorporates a wide-profile sealing gasket made of EPDM, a high-quality elastomer certified for drinking water use, which ensures a tight, long-lasting seal even on irregular pipe surfaces. The locking system, consisting of a ring and high-strength steel bolts, allows simple, safe installation, applying uniform pressure to the gasket for an effective repair from the very first moment.
This clamp is the indispensable tool for water supply network maintenance crews, civil works contractors and plumbing professionals who need a robust, highly reliable solution to fix leaks, cracks and porosity in pipes of various materials.
