Anti-pull-out flange adaptor for PVC/PE
Flange adaptor with anti-pull-out system for a direct, secure connection of PVC and polyethylene (PE) pipes to flanged components. Made of GGG-50 ductile iron and fitted with high-strength Dacromet-treated bolts, it guarantees a fixed joint that eliminates the need for anchoring.

The GA01-4 anti-pull-out flange adaptor is designed to offer a robust, efficient solution at critical connection points in the network. It allows a plain-ended PVC or polyethylene pipe to be joined directly to a valve, pump or other flanged fitting, ensuring a perfect, fully immobilised transition.
At the core of its performance is the locking system, which uses an MS-58 brass ring to grip the pipe, preventing any axial movement. This makes concrete thrust blocks unnecessary, a step that traditionally consumes a great deal of time and resources on any civil works project.
Material quality is paramount: the GJS-500-7 (GGG-50) ductile iron body ensures maximum mechanical strength. Sealing is entrusted to an EPDM gasket certified to UNE 681-1, specific to water applications. In addition, all bolts are grade 8.8 steel with a Dacromet coating, which provides corrosion protection far superior to traditional zinc plating, guaranteeing the long-term integrity of the joint.
