The GA01-2 anti-pull-out coupling is an advanced engineered solution designed to simplify and secure joints on PVC and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes. Its main innovation lies in the internal locking system, consisting of a toothed brass ring that grips the pipe surface firmly, preventing any movement or disconnection caused by the internal pressure of the network or by ground movement.
This feature eliminates the need to build costly, time-consuming concrete thrust blocks at changes of direction and critical points in the network, resulting in significant savings in installation time and civil works costs.
The coupling body is made of GGG-50 ductile iron, providing exceptional robustness and corrosion resistance, further protected by a high-quality epoxy coating. Watertightness is guaranteed by an EPDM gasket, and tightening security is entrusted to high-strength bolts with Dacromet treatment, which offers superior corrosion protection compared with standard zinc plating. It is the perfect choice for installers and site managers seeking maximum safety and efficiency.
