This dual-plate check valve has been designed to combine the advantages of a compact "wafer" design with the robustness needed to operate in high-pressure systems. Unlike standard models, its body is manufactured in GGG-40 ductile iron, giving it superior mechanical strength and certifying it for a working pressure of up to 25 bar (PN25).
The internal mechanism consists of two plates and springs in high-quality stainless steel (AISI-304 and 316), ensuring precise operation and exceptional corrosion resistance. Its dual-plate design with spring-assisted rapid closure is the most effective solution for minimising water hammer, protecting the installation from the pressure surges that can damage pumps, pipework and other equipment.
It is the superior engineering choice for demanding installations where space is limited but the working pressure is high.
