This gate valve has been designed to offer exceptional performance and safety in the most demanding applications. Its ability to operate at a nominal pressure of 25 bar (PN25) and its construction from the highest-quality materials make it the ideal solution for the main arteries of a network and for high-pressure industrial installations.
The body and bonnet, in GGG-50 ductile iron, and the AISI-420 stainless steel stem guarantee superior structural strength. Its resilient-seated wedge (EPDM over a ductile iron core) provides 100% tight shut-off and a full bore that avoids head loss. Reliability is reinforced by a triple-seal system on the stem and A2 stainless steel bolts.
Finally, a 250-micron epoxy coating applied both internally and externally shields it against corrosion, ensuring a practically unlimited service life. It is the definitive isolating valve for engineers and designers who accept no compromise on quality.
