This gate valve represents the ultimate expression of quality and performance for PVC networks. It has been designed to offer quick installation thanks to its direct sockets for PVC pipe, and a maintenance-free service life thanks to the selection of the best materials.
The body and bonnet, in GGG-50 ductile iron, are protected internally and externally by a thick 250-micron layer of epoxy paint, offering the highest degree of corrosion protection. Its resilient-seated wedge (cast iron core coated in EPDM) ensures a completely tight shut-off, while the full-bore design prevents sediment build-up.
Operating reliability is guaranteed by an AISI-420 stainless steel stem and a triple NBR O-ring sealing system on the spindle, which prevents any type of leak. It is the definitive valve for infrastructure works and for any installation seeking absolute reliability.
