This Gibault joint is the professional mechanical solution for joining two plain ends of PVC pipe. Unlike solvent-weld sleeves, the Gibault joint allows quick assembly in any conditions, even in damp, and creates a watertight yet flexible joint that can absorb slight misalignment.
To guarantee maximum quality and strength in the fastest-moving sizes, this model is manufactured in ductile iron from DN50 to DN200. This superior material gives it high resistance to impact and network stresses. For the larger diameters (DN250 and above), grey cast iron is used, offering an economical and reliable solution.
It is the perfect item for maintenance teams needing to carry out quick repairs on PVC lines, or for installations where a demountable mechanical joint is preferred to a permanent chemical bond.
