The GA08-1 Y-strainer is the best defence for your installation. It is designed to effectively capture and retain the particles, sediment and other debris carried by the fluid, protecting the most valuable and sensitive equipment in the network, such as valves, meters and pumps.
Its robust body and cover, manufactured in GGG-50 ductile iron, allow it to withstand high pressures and demanding working conditions. However, its star component is the screen (the filter mesh), manufactured in AISI 316 stainless steel. This marine-grade material offers superior corrosion resistance, even with aggressive water or chemicals, and guarantees reliable filtration for years.
The "Y" design optimises flow, minimising head loss, and its easy-access cover allows quick and simple cleaning and maintenance of the screen. It is the investment in safety and peace of mind that every professional installation requires.

- Protection of irrigation headworksIndispensable for preventing blockage of solenoid valves, sprinklers and drippers.
- Upstream of pumps and metersPrevents damage to pump impellers and ensures the accuracy of measuring equipment.
- Upstream of control valvesProtects the delicate mechanisms of pressure-reducing valves, float valves, etc.
- Network entry pointAs a general filter to ensure the quality of the water entering a building or industrial installation.
- Water recirculation systemsKeeps the water free of particles that could damage the circuit's equipment.

These are different waters: more salts, more chlorine, more aggressive to metal. This is how we manufacture for them.
