Water will determine our future
Water is the planet's most limited resource, and the Region of Murcia knows it better than anyone. Why manufacturing the parts that carry it properly is also a way of looking after it.
The Region of Murcia is one of the most productive areas of European agriculture and, at the same time, one of those with the least water. That contradiction explains why some of the most efficient irrigation techniques in the world have been developed here, and why we, since 1997, have been manufacturing parts with every drop in mind.
A resource that cannot be wasted
Drip irrigation, reuse of treated wastewater, desalination, modernisation of irrigation communities: all these investments have something in common. They need a network of pipes, valves and fittings that works without leaks for decades, often buried and with no possibility of inspection.
What ductile iron brings
GGG-50 ductile iron (EN-GJS-500-7) combines the strength of steel with the durability of cast iron. With a 250 µm epoxy coating, suitable for drinking water, and EPDM gaskets, a ductile iron valve or coupling is designed to last as long as the network itself.

Controlling the whole process, from research and development through to after-sales service, allows us to adapt our products to the real needs of installers, irrigation communities and water managers. We were pioneers in anti-pull systems for PVC and HDPE precisely because the fields of Murcia needed joints that could withstand the pressure of the new networks without concrete thrust blocks.
