The Almería-model surface box is a cast iron access box installed over buried or semi-buried gate valves to allow them to be operated from ground level without the need for a built chamber.
Its cast iron body and lid offer high resistance to pedestrian and light traffic, and its geometry makes it easy to locate the operating point on pavements, paths and green areas.
It forms part of the Grupo Almagromur range of surface boxes alongside the GA, Barcelona and Zaragoza models, which meet the various municipal specifications across the country.
