The GA07-4 threaded tapping saddle is designed to offer an unrivalled level of safety and durability when creating threaded branch connections. Its two-part construction, with two GGG-50 ductile iron halves, encircles the pipe to provide a rigid grip and superior mechanical strength, ideal for high-pressure networks.
This saddle is protected three times over. First, a full internal EPDM rubber lining ensures a complete seal and protects the pipe from any contact. Second, an electrostatically applied 250-micron external epoxy resin coating shields it against corrosion. Third, the A2 stainless steel bolts guarantee that the clamping force will remain intact over the years.
It is the definitive engineering solution for installing instrumentation tappings, valves or service connections at critical points in the network, where long-term reliability is the top priority.
